Introduction: .CHINTAI Corporation, “Registry Operator” for the .CHINTAI Top-Level Domain, is committed to ensuring the responsible and lawful use of domain names registered within its TLD. This Abuse Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for addressing abusive behavior and activities associated with domain registrations in the .CHINTAI Zone.
- DNS Abuse: DNS Abuse comprises five broad categories of harmful activity insofar as they intersect with the DNS: malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, and spam when it serves as a delivery mechanism for the other forms of DNS Abuse.
- To mitigate DNS Abuse and protect Internet users from abusive use of domains registered in the .CHINTAI zone, Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold, or similar status that it deems necessary.
- Reporting Abuse: Users, registrants, and third parties are encouraged to report any suspected abuse related to domain registrations within the TLD. Reports can be submitted to the Abuse Contact and Email/Physical Address. Each report should include:
a detailed description of the abuse incident;
actionable supporting evidence or documentation, and;
contact information of the reporting party.

- Investigation and Response: Upon receiving an abuse report, Registry Operator will conduct a thorough investigation and determine the appropriate action.
- Policy Updates: Registry Operator reserves the right to update and modify this Abuse Policy as needed. Registrants are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy to ensure compliance.
